What it includes

Regular sessions
Usually every two weeks, in Vienna, where you are, outdoors, or securely online.

The work follows you across posts and countries, online and in person when you travel.

Before a negotiation, a vote, a difficult meeting or a public appearance.

Leadership profile
Questionnaires and, if useful, a heart-rate measure of stress and recovery, with a written report.

Outside the office
Walking sessions in nature, or a half day with horses.

Recovery
Sleep, workload and the first signs of burnout, with referral to a doctor when that is the right step.

Transitions
A new post, an election, leaving office, or a move into a new sector.

How it is arranged
For three, six or twelve months. Three months is €6,500. The scope is agreed in a first private conversation and set out in writing. We take on a small number of Private Office clients at a time, so that availability is real.
