Privacy

1. Controller: Dott. Michele Damone, Nature Motivation®, Dietrichgasse 16/1a/32, 1030 Wien, info@nature-motivation.com.
2. What we process: what you send through the enquiry form or by email (name, contact details, your message), and booking data held on the private booking site.
3. Why: to answer your enquiry and arrange a first conversation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Personal details you share about your health or situation are processed only to respond to you, with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)). Analytics run only if you accept them (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Who processes data for us: the host of this site, the private booking site, and Microsoft for email. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
6. Confidentiality: enquiries are read only by Michele's office. We never name clients.
7. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, www.dsb.gv.at.
8. Cookies: essential cookies only, unless you accept analytics in the cookie notice.
