The Nature Motivation® Academy
A rigorous path for coaches and practitioners who want to work with psychometrics, biofeedback, nature and horses, grounded in research.

Level 1 Foundations
20 weeks, online, with no prior coaching required. Based on the Routledge book. Practice with horses through partner stables. Next cohort: spring 2027.

Supervision and mentoring
- Individual supervision
60 minutes, online. €140.
- Group supervision
90 minutes, four to six coaches. €60 per person.
- ICF mentor coaching
For ACC or PCC applications: 10 hours over at least three months, three individual and seven in a group, aligned with the ICF Core Competencies. €1,200.

Nature Motivation works with a small circle of invited senior associates. If you are an experienced coach or practitioner and our way of working interests you, write to us.
Research-based, with a registered personality assessor of the British Psychological Society, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, and the method set out in a book from Routledge. Supervision is aligned with the ICF Core Competencies. It is not described as accredited.
